Fezeka Security is a 100% HDI black owned and managed security company, established in 2018 , with the head office in Johannesburg Midrand. The company specialises in the provision of highly dependable security and related services. 

Our sole purpose is to look after your buildings, people and assets by taking care of your entire facilities management functions. This means that you can focus on delivering your core business activities while we take care of the rest.

GUARDING DIVISION

Our guarding division has an established and proven track record, we strive to offer a specialised and experienced workforce for all guarding related services including and not limited to physical security and manned guarding event guarding & corporate guarding.

VIP PROTECTION DIVISION

All of our Close Protection Officers (CPO's) are registered and qualified according to the Private Security Regulating Authority (PSIRA) prescribed grading system.

MINING DIVISION

Fezeka Security has a proven track record to meet our client's current and future mining security requirements. Our mining specialists ensure that our clients receive best practice solutions based on years of experience

INVESTIGATIONS DIVISION

With more than 11 years of investigative experience and success, our Investigations brings a unique and diverse set of services. By successfully merging investigative skills with professional competencies, we have created and infrastructural synergy that our clients can feed into (inter alia) in legal, accounting, human resource and Information Technology functions.

REACTION UNIT (RU) DIVISION

One of the leading providers of integrated risk reduction solutions to various industry sectors within South Africa, such as the Mining Sector, the Road Freight Industry comprising of the Bus Passenger Sector, Warehouse and Logistics sector, Transport Sector and Retail Industry, Fezeka Security is periodically commissioned to provide Reaction Units ("RU's) to assist in containing demonstrations, civil and industrial unrest which potentially can culminate in the destruction of property, intimidation and assault of employees and disruption of operational activities.

RISK MANAGEMENT

The aim of the risk assessment is to identify the actual security risks per location and/or process, assess the risks in respect to the impact of the risk to the client and the probability of the risk realizing.

TECHNICAL DIVISION

As technical solutions are at the forefront in terms of cost-saving innovations in the security sector across the globe, our Technical Division forms an integral part of our Total Security Offering.

24/7 Control Room Service

Our control centre provides real time monitoring of our security officers, complete with provision of an audit trail for our clients via a Guard monitoring system. 

Communication between our clients, management, Security Officers and tactical response officers are of utmost importance, not only in case of emergency but at all times, to ensure good service delivery, quick and effective response in case of an emergency.

Security officers also reports regularly via radios and mobile systems to the control room that ensures constant communication between all the different units.

Our managers and supervisors also carry out physical site visits throughout their shift. The Control centre is responsible for dispatching our tactical response teams to alerts from alarms and ponies (Credential Theft).   

Advanced vehicle tracking ensures monitoring of our tactical response teams, quality, patrolling and the response time. Again, a full audit trail is provided.   

Routine remote CCTV surveillance and response to motion sensor cameras are also carried out from the centre, triggering dispatch of a Tactical Response team or visual verification, enabling us to ensure the appropriate alert to the police or other emergency services.
